Professional registration

HALYXA operates as a sole trader (empresário em nome individual) registered with the Portuguese tax authority (Autoridade Tributária e Aduaneira).

No professional licensing body governs paid media services in Portugal. HALYXA is not a regulated profession.

VAT

HALYXA is not currently registered for VAT. As a Portuguese sole trader operating under the simplified regime (Regime Simplificado), invoices are issued without VAT per Article 53 of the Código do IVA (CIVA), subject to the annual turnover threshold of €13,500.

If HALYXA's annual turnover exceeds the threshold, VAT registration becomes mandatory, this page is updated, and the EU VAT number is published here once assigned.

Online dispute resolution

Per Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. HALYXA does not commit to nor is obliged to use this platform for resolving disputes with consumers.

For B2B engagements, dispute resolution follows the terms in /terms section 15: direct negotiation first, then the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
